Default Radiator Problem

I have a 1994 Honda Civic ex 1.6 vtec.

New Radiator
New Thermostat

Radiator fluid would always come leaking out from the radiator reservoir, and now today i found water stains coming out of my radiator.. Is there any way to fix the leak..I placed the wires that is connected to the radiator fan somewhere else so it can stop getting wet.. I also added Bar's Radiator/Head Gasket sealer to my radiator, it worked... But water/radiator fluid is still coming out..

Flush out all of the sealer from the cooling system and then buy a new radiator and install it:

Any of that stop leak stuff is really bad for your system, man.
It can plug up things you don't want plugged up along with the
problem.

I know money is tight for a lot of people right now, but I
recommend you change your radiator too. It's worth it in the
long run because that stop-leak can flat out do damage. I've
seen it first hand.

Oh, and JB Weld and products like that can sometimes fix
a radiator. But 95% of the time, it only lasts a week. Two weeks
at best.

Good luck.

Yes i bled the whole system, I even reinstalled the radiator/inspected the radiator by pressurizing it.. Everything is clean.

P.s. I dropped in about 3 tablespoon of the bar's seal in..Thinking it will **** something up..
