Default Tranny slide/grind.... :(

Ok, so I bought a 94 gsr tranny, installed it on my b16a and got the infamous sliding/grinding noise. I have researched quite a bit have found quite a bit of different answers on the subject. First, a little background... I bought a 12lbs flywheel, pilot bearing and xtd replacement clutch for my car. The car has been sitting w/ the above items installed in it in my front driveway for probably the better part of a month or a little longer. These are the symptoms I noticed when taking it for a test drive.

1) with the car parked and clutch depressed the tranny is dead quiet.
2) when in neutral and foot is off the clutch there is a grinding/sliding noise
3) when the car is moving and I am coasting w/ the clutch depressed or foot off of it, there is a grinding/sliding noise

So.....
Pilot bearing?
ISB?
Something else maybe?

sounds like either a throw out bearing, or bad input shaft bearing to me

Well, took the tranny out yesterday and pulled it apart to see what I could see. It was a fried input shaft bearing. I could tell immediately when I opened the case cuz there was ISB particles all over the magnet inside. Replaced it, and now she is quiet as can be again.
