I picked up a topmount from a buddy for cheap. It uses a 46mm WG flange. I have a TIal 38mm gate. Until I can afford a 46mm gate can I weld a 38mm tapped flange to a 46mm drilled flange?

yeah but then you need to cut both off and re-weld on a 46mm flange. seems kind of backwards to me...esp considering you may get boost creep depending on turbo size and placement of the WG in relation to the manifold

I'm not gonna weld a 38mm to the flange on the manifold. I'm gonna buy a second drilled flange, then weld the 38mm to the new flange.

And I already checked ATP. They don't make one.
