What's your budget? Journal or ball-bearing cartridge? 350whp on pump gas? What is your compression ratio? There are a few choices for this. Let us know first.

The Hy35 will be enough, but may be a bit laggy. You'll want to do something to the IM or head, besides the obvious cam, to help upper-rpm power. An EX trans with a ZC gearset would help too. The idea setup would be an hx35 with a matching divided manifold.

Honestly, 350whp is far more than you need on the street. I can see if it's a street/strip car, but less lag is usually more fun than more power when you're on the street. You could max out a 50trim t3/t04e for 350whp in a built sohc, and wouldn't have as much lag to deal with.

Im maxxed out t28 and want more power. I used to have PTE sc50 with .48 exhaust. I boosted 27psi and it was pretty good, maybe 20hp more and i would call it a day. But motor had head failure and it smashed turbo.

Well, the Bullseye Power unit is nice, but uses a larger exhaust wheel than the ones garrett uses. The slightly larger T3 and GT journal bearing ones work a bit better for the d-series.
