Default boosted b18b build

I am putting together a setup right now.

I have a b18b with 10:1 srp pistons / eagle rods. stock head for now/ stock sleeves for now.
garrett 60-1 turbo. stage 5 compressor wheel .63 hot/.70 cold
huge intercooler with 2.5" pipping
ram style manifold with a 38mm tial wastegate
blitz bov
aem map sensor
walbro 255
3" turbo back exhaust
autometer phantom boost gauge
competition stage 5 clutch
1000cc precision injectors

I have a pretty good tuner in the area. My goal when I started was 400whp. I know with stock sleeves it will be risky. I was thinking about using a thicker head gasket to drop the compression a bit too.
any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated. Do you think this setup could hit 400whp?

400whp is considered "risky" on stock sleeves? Since when?

By saying risky, i mean i do know a few cars that did crack sleeves just over 400whp, but i know with proper tuning i shouldn't have a problem.
Im guessing that it will take a fair amount of boost to get over the 400 mark with a stock head and intake manifold.

Is there anyone on here using the same turbo? Im just curious of what rpm I should see full boost?

ah, wont happen without a ton of boost (probably approaching if not exceeding 20psi) on that stock head with stock cams and intake manifold. not that it wont happen but that head is gonna need some breathing help to take advantage of the rest of the setup thats wants to flow cfm's. work on that head you will make the same power on less boost.

additionally, i ran that turbo with the stage 3 exhaust on an ls motor and it was laggy as hell. 10 psi at about 5000 rpms, only left me with 2500 rpm powerband that i just about fell out of with the ls tranny and upshifting

Thats what i was guessing, around 20psi for 400whp on my setup. I dont know if I should sink more money into the b18b head or just pick up a vtec head.
If i just picked up a skunk 2 IM for the b18b, do you think it alone would make much of a difference?
