Will this work with any Civic/ Integra, or does it have to have the B-series axles? Also, if this is not so, what will be required in order to make the JDM 36mm work with the US model axles? I've read that you can buy the USDM 32mm hub, but, I'm not sure how this works. Also, would you be willing to ship?
