Past couple weeks I had problem with code PO3044 (Misfire #2).

First, changed spark plug, spark plug wires, caps, and rotors. Next, I did a value adjustment and oil change to see if the check engine light would be fix. Still no luck.

After, I took the value cover off and check my timing. My timing was off by a teeth. I checked my head and it seem the value was bent on Cylinder 2. I replaced the head gasket and slapped a b20 head also. I put everything back together and the check engine light went away. So that's fixed..

Now, I drove it around town and the car drove nice. I slowly took the car up to 4k but around 3.5 - 4k, the rpm will spike.

Note. When I pulled the spark plug wire out, one of the metal piece popped out and got stuck to the spark plug.

Im typing this on a sidekick so bare with it.
