Default Understanding Chipped ECU and going back to stock

Guys this is new to me so bare with me and ive read some of the forums on the hack itself but it does not answer this question: I need to know if I chip my p28 ecu and I want to go back to stock I just need a chip with the stock fuel map or do I remove the chip on there with the turbo map and it will go back to stock automatically?

thanks

Also i should add ill be adding bigger injectors 440 so if i do want to take turbo off to smog going back to stock (if i can just pull the chip off and it will reset to default) i would suspect it will run rich so does this mean i would still need to use the p28 ecu with a base map on a new chip i can pop in for the non turbo setup. OR do i completely need to remove the chipped p28 and put in the stock injectors to pass? thanks

Ok i spoke to someone who does this mod and they told me they solder in switches which allows me to simply switch from having the capacitors wired in and not with a flick of a switch and i won't need to even remove the chip to go back to stock. Has anyone had a similar mod where this is possible? thanks

From what I know, you will need a chip with the stock basemap. I'm pretty sure that you will need 240cc injectors in order to pass smog. I imagine that the guy you spoke to is talking about a piggyback chip but I can't say that I'm not wrong.

Well i talked to Ryan over at Church while he was relaying my question to Shaun and he said you simply install a jumper and it will go back to stock. B/c if you think about it stock does not have a chip anyway its just the base ecu. The injectors yes you are correct i would put it back to stock for sure for smog reasons.
