does it try to start and not turn over or turning the key does nothing at all like no juice is getting to the starter?
the circuit is pretty simple, the positive terminal goes to chassis. the negative terminal runs to the starter and the fuse box.

lol^^. if it turns over and doesn't start, might need a new main relay. i just replaced mine. its a hell of alot better than it letting me sit for 20 mins at a time now.

wow this is crazy my car is a 98 and kinda has that problem every so often it doesn't start, but i keep thinking its my battery, because i have a mini 8 lbs one. and sometimes i have to sit for awhile then turn it over and it will start
I had a similar problem, make sure you check the under the hood fuses. It's the big one, forgot the number- think it was B something. I replaced this and everything was fine, sounded like the same creeping problem.
