Default PS9 ECU Troubles

I recently bought a PS9 (Chippable Automatic Variant of the PM6) It's OBD0 and was wondering how do i remove the Shift Lock CEL?

I already knew the ECU would give me a CEL, the car runs the same as if i had my PM6 in there but the only reason i want to run the PS9 is for the one-wire VTEC and chipping possibilities later on.

Someone mentioned to me quite a while back that there are a couple of resistors that if taken off would remove the CEL, would anyone happen to know how to do this and if it's safe?
