ok so had a blown head gasket and i put a new felpro gasket on it says its for every other d15 excpet for d15b8 but every auto parts start ive gone two has shown the same gasket put one on and it started leaking super bad like oil dripping out of the head and i just went and picked a new one up from advanced auto they gave me the same gasket and im worried about that if i put it on it going to do the same thing the dowel dosent just fit right on the gasket its like it has to be forced and before i screw another gasket up i wanna know if someone knows ANYTHING about this like is all the d15 blocks the same and use the same gasket?


any help would be super awesome before i blow another gasket

 

I hate felpro gaskets. Where exactly is it leaking from? You could also try using some copper spray on the gasket before you install it. NOTE* im pretty sure all non-vtec head gaskets are the same? Correct me on this if i am wrong.

 

felpro does blow! haha its leaking from like under the gasket so pretty much the block
