REASON I AM ASKING IS CAUSE I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ON THIS. I AM PLANING ON SWAPPING OUT MY MOTOR ON MY 97 HX COUPE AND PUTTING IN A B16 BUT WANT TO CLEAN THE ENGINE BAY FROM AS MUCH STUFF AS POSSIBLE AND HAVE A CLEAN ENGINE BAY SET UP LET ME KNOW?

^^ i agree 100%!
we just swaped my buddys car and just cause it took a longer then we thought he was ready to give up, broken parts, and things happen.
and we havent even started the tucking, only deleted ac,ps, things are easily screwed up, study up and read lots of threads, and look at other peoples build threads.
ALSO STOP TYPEING IN ALL CAPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

X 3 ..
It's really easy to just start tearing crap out, man. I would have all your parts
"in hand" before you start doing stuff. People tend to get over-motivated at
taking stuff out, but then lose motivation when it comes to actually doing the
hard stuff. Study, study, study. The more you learn before hand, the more
you'll have a build that's actually "you"..

Thanks guys. I have helped and learned from a friend in swaping engine's. We swapped a del sol engine and put in a Gsr engine with a jackson racing supercharger and he taught me alot. And I am still learning. But what I am still trying to understand is How the get the bays so clean if their is alot of EMISSION stuff? Do the get check engine lights left and right or do the run certain ECU's and etc.........
