will drag radials get me 60ft and 12's?
im pushing 263whp on my ls vtec turbo ej. im gonna run 205 50 15 bfg drag radials, got them for cheap. WIll i be able to hit 12's and decent 60ft? what your guys experience, i dont want to get mt's cause cant afford them yet
I have 205/50/14 Mickey Thompson drag radials and they hook slightly better than street tires. I went to the track twice with them and ended up buying some 22 X 8 M&H slicks mounted on some Lensos. I should have just done that to start with.

Those tires and your power level are capable of what you're looking for. Your driving is what will make the difference. Play with the heat and tire pressure in the BFG's to find a sweet spot and get em' to hook for ya. Good luck.

yeah you can use those tires no problem with your power level. i used to cut consistant 1.9 60ft with them making 350whp with no traction bars.
my best luck with them was at around 9 psi cold with a nice long burnout. try out some different pressures and launch rpms and see what comes of it.
