**** GSR ROUGH STAGGERING IDLE*** HELP!!
Ok, let me start off with the symptoms:
Car idles rough and choppy like it is misfiring
when the AC is on, the car DIES at a complete stop
It is holding the correct idle (7-800 rpms)
Also when accelerating...the car SOUNDS as if it is missing up until 2-2.5k rpms although it does not RUN like it is
All in all...it sounds like I have a Turbo-back exhaust.....but no turbo to make the choppy tone.
Here is what I have checked so far:
-Pulled plugs. They are NEW NGK-R's and they were black on the end within a week
-cranked the car and pulled the IACV plug...it bogged down and died
-checked for broken vacuum hoses...and as far as I can see they are all ok.
-checked to see if I somehow switched the MAP sensor with the TPS sensor..and they were in the right spots.
-My wideband O2 A/F gauge is reading "stoich" when driving and "RICH" at idle
- Also, the little green plug on my VTEC solenoid was broken off...but I doubt that could be related to this problem.
This all happened when I took it to a local mechanic to have a freeze plug installed...and he went off and started running vacuum hoses and ****...and I only asked him to put on the freeze plug. I have a SK2 Pro IM, and some vacuum hoses were meant to be bypassed.
Any help here would be appreciated...I have been searching the web...and nothing seems to help me out.

you're def running super rich, sounds like your map sensor is hooked up wrong, if at all. i would take it back to the mechanic and ask him whats going on. check to see if you have a map sensor code too.
