It comes out a wiring loom at the right front corner of
where the battery is located,
Then across the bottom of the right side fan,
and up in between the middle of the two fans and across the top
of the radiator.
The wire is red in color..

geeze! one problem right after another! i got it hooked up and kinda blows cold, but when ever i turn it on, the car drops to insanely low rpm levels. like 100 to 200. what could that be?? and it only does it when i turn on the a/c
you compressor is not oiled properly, you are putting too much strain on your engine to turn the compressor wheel. You are gonna burn up your compressor. There should be little to no difference in the rpms when the copressor turns on. Your rpms may gone down maybe 100 rpms i.e. 900 down to 800 rpms, but no actually go to "100" rpms.

(looks at avatar)....uhh ya back on point. thats what it does. i put pag oil in it and filled it so its almost full. not all the way to the rim. then i pulled a vaccume on it and then added freon. and when its at the low rpm's the compressor clicks on n off from time to time. but when i pull the throttle to rise up the rpm's, it stays spinning.

There is a wire that hooks up to your ECU to bump up RMP when A/C is on. Did you remember to hook that one up?
Also, if you are going to pull a vacuum on the system again, there is a cleaner you can put in there to help remove the oil.

really the only wires that were cut were to convert to mpfi what pin location would that wire be at? a b or c clip?
Since you said you put PAG oil in it I assume you did an r134a conversion? FYI that junk will never get cold (okay, let me rephrase, it will get "cool" on long highway drives, but in stop and go traffic it will blow about 80 degree air, rendering having A/C pointless), especially being in Texas..
I don't buy that the RPM dips down so low due to a low oil level. In my experience, the compressor on EF's seems to always put quite a strain on these tiny little engines even when it's all working 100%. If your car idles at 100 RPM or so with theh compressor on, I'd bet your overall idle speed is too low anyway. Most cars actually RAISE the idle speed a bit automatically when the compressor is turned on to compensate for the compressor load

I will have to look at the car and maybe at the Helms at home, but from what I found in search on the internet it's pin 8 on the B plug.
B3 is the A/C clutch.
I installed A/C once. blaaah.
