Default B18B1 build

I'm building my B18A/B1 right now. I've put together most of the bottom end and have started to get head put together. Before I put the time belt on, how easy should the crank turn after it's all together? I have no flywheel on it at this time, just crank, rods, pistons, rings.

I'm using a lot of force to turn it, and it sticks. Anyone have any suggestions?
Oh yeah all the bearings are new and I greased them all, and I have ARP rod bolts.

lol I totally forgot I hadn't taken off the old sparkplugs yet.

The goal is ls boost. I have a B1 head I'm gonna have work done on, but I wanna put the new engine in now b/c I'm impatient and have the head changed after it gets pieced together. Then I'mma piece together my turbo kit. Looking to get 250-300 WHP
