Default Code 9 and 20

Throwin a code 9 and a code 20 ive read a few post and seems like no "for sure" diagnosis was found

just converted to obd1 had no cels before Ran great before now feels sluggish idles rough tired of toyin with it so ill ask u guys

Chipped P28
TD-44u Dizzy
B16A motor
89 Civic sedan

No i know what the codes are 9 is no1 cylinder sensor and 20 is the ELD wondering whats the best way to get rid of both codes seems like a code 9 on a obd1 conversion is fairly common goin off old post but idk im a try running the no1 cyl sensor straight to my p28 dont see y that wouldnt work and as far the code 20 im clean up all my grounds and see what happens
