weird brake light issue. need help please.
hey everybody i've had my 1995 Integra LS 2dr for about 4 years now and i've never had any strange issues with it up until now. one day i was driving around and a guy told me my brake lights weren't working, so i pulled into a parking lot and checked my stop/ horn fuse. it was blown. i immediately replaced it and my brake lights worked fine. then a couple days later i put in my skunk2 short shifter and hard race shifter bushings. i go for a test drive and i gun it down my block. car shifted awesome. when i pull back in my neighbor tells me my brake lights are out. i checked the fuse and replaced it again. brake lights worked fine until one day i was running late for work and i gunned again. another blown fuse. so heres whats up. if i drive the car normal without flooring it then my brake lights work fine but if i gun it then the fuse blows. oh and if i rev it hard while parked nothing happens either. its only when i drive the car fast. more or less past 70-80 mph or higher. what can it be?? faulty ground perhaps??? i already checked the stop light power wiring with a multi-meter and its fine. its not grounded, plus if it was grounded then the fuse would blow as soon as i popped in a new one and pressed the brake, so what else could it be?? has this happened to anyone here?? if so any info would help.
What the hell are you talking about? This is the second time I see you post something useless when people on here need help.
Have you done any recent wiring in the car, did you add a radio recently or something? Any spliced wires you left uncovered maybe?
