Alright well I've got a 93 civic ex and the sunroof rubs on the roof when you put it back more than halfway. The little arms that look like they have wheels or whatever on them are what hit. U can see the back half (towards the rear) of the sunroof sets down further then the front. Now u can push the glass up to make them little arms not hit but when u move your hand, they will rest on the roof. I've got 2 month old paint so i don't want to put the sunroof back

Is there anyway to adjust the sunroof?

Already figured it out, the people before me forgot to put in the rear bolts which allowed the back end of the sunroof to sag, thus rubbing on the roof. Thanks anyways HT.
