Default Lights brighten up when revved past 3,000?

Whenever i rev up to or past 3,000 my lights get brighter and my ac also blows faster, and recently while driving my left headlight just blew when it brightened up, i have no idea why this is happening can anyone help out?

its a 91 gs, and the only things that were done to it was a timing belt and distributor replacement, i also have a cold air intake if that has anything to do with it

-i also tightened up the alternator belt because it was loose thinking that that was the problem but it wasent

You have a bad voltage regulator in your alternator. Replace the regulator if you're on a budget or replace the alternator(best alternative considering your car is pretty old)

Get the alt. tested to make sure, I'm pretty sure autozone does it for free.
