1st one is for some reason when i turn my car on and it warms up, i turn on my fans. now i dont just have the radiator fan on, i have the a/c fan hooked up as well for another coolant fan. but for some reason when i turn them on, the rpm's drop from 850~(~=give or take) to about 200~. why is that? ive got a good alternator
2nd thing. i went to the junkyard and got a a/c bracket for my a/c system that i wanted to put back on. but its for the 90 dx. can i use this same bracket on my new 94 ex(z6) motor that i just dropped in? or will i have clearance issues?
3RD i do not have a throttlebody base gasket. would this be the reason why im getting crappy gas milage, low idle when my foot is on the brake at a stop, and low low low response??

To try and weed through your poor grammar, I would assume your first problem has something to do with your third problem, you probably have a vacuum leak of some sort. Another reason for bogging could be an over tightened belt. I would put a throttle body gasket in there asap as that is a sure way to get a vacuum leak. I can't say for your a/c bracket as I am not so well versed in the world of swaps yet, and hybrid parts.
Hope this helps, and good luck with the spelling program.

I would assume the reason you have not gotten a response yet is due to your grammar. I would suggest getting a spell checker that works with your web browser.

and what would make you assume its an over tightened belt? i've always been told to leave some slack in the belt, but not alot for as the timing might jump
