Default Which spare tire to use after EG-Integra front brake conversion?

I did a full Integra brake conversion (rear discs, larger fronts) on my EG hatch last week and it occurred to me today that my donut spare will only be good for the back wheels if it's ever needed. So my question is will a 14" Integra donut spare work for the fronts? I don't recall if 94-01 Integras came with 14" wheels or not. If so, will it fit in my trunk where the existing donut sits?

X2, if you need to replace the spare you might as well get a full sized.

A 90-01 integra donut will work. A civic 92-95 EX with ABS donut will work. A 96+ EX or Si will work.

He wants the spare to fit in the hole in the trunk still. So a full sized steelie won't fit.

I have a 15X7 full size with a 195/55/15. It fits in the hole fine. The trunk mat is a little bowed up...but it still fits fine. I have to go to the hardware store and find a ??M10?? bolt with a wing nut that's long enough. Or maybe I'll buy one from Honda from the new odyssey or whatever else.

I think a 14'' steelie of stock width should fit pretty well without bowing up the trunk mat too much.

I recall trying to fit a steelie into either a 6G Civic coupe or hatch and it didn't fit with the standard tire size. It sat up too high and wouldn't lock in place with the tie down. Not to mention the cover (floor) wasn't going to ever fit over it.

Some threaded rod with some locking nuts, problem solved, just cut to fit, round it off with a grinder so your wing nut goes on smooth.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I dont really care if the rotted old trunk floor bulges a little or if I have to cargo strap a spare tire into the trunk. Is this Honda-Tech or Honda-GroceryGetter?

It's Honda-Tech, not Beat-The-****-Out-Of-What-Might-Still-Be-A-Decent-Honda.

For example, my cars are both in nice shape. My trunk floors are not rotted, nor are any other parts on my cars. The floors also don't bulge.

Plenty of ways have been mentioned for him to get a spare that fits without just going for the route that has no benefit other than it might be easier to find a full size steelie over a certain spare. It's not like a '96-'00 EX spare will be hard to find though.

Your post does not help with the OP's requirements in his first post. He wants a spare that will fit on his upgraded brakes but will also fit in the space for the spare in the trunk.

Thanks everyone for your answers. I'll look for a 96-00 EX spare at the junk yard...lots of these around here. Although my spare cover is on it's last legs, I intend on rectifying that.
