Does your check engine light stay on? did they try to go after your computer at all? it's tough to diagnose electrical issues based on second-hand information, especially after somebody else hacked your sh** up.
Your radio may just require an anti-theft code, unless you are saying that it loses power altogether, in which case I have no clue.
Best of luck and sorry to hear about your troubles

check the ground and to power going to the starter. if that is good then pull the starter and get it tested or just put jumper cables on it and it should come on pop out ans spin. if it doesnt then theres your problem.
check all your ground wires to everything.

Since they grabbed your alarm, I would backtrack to every wire that was cut, modified, or replaced in any fashion for the install of the alarm. its possible there are some wires exposed or not connected properly, or are causing shorts on the system
The radio loses power to reduce electrical draw because the starter draws a lot. That's normal function.
Odds are the starter is fine. This sounds more like a wiring issue. the alarm may have been equiped with a lockout feature which may be the reason the car wasn't stolen. I'm just guessing but it sounds logical in my head.

yea thats wat i did.. theres alot of wires loose where they stole the brain box where all the wires connect to my alarm i just dont no what to do with them
try turning your alarm on then off. if you already havent did that. or jus take out your alarm system completely.
did you have a hood pin?
did you have a hood pin?
it might be free to trace and fix the issue, but it might be worthwhile to just start fresh with a replacement harness
i guess its a money vs effort lol
idk wat im goin to do i have fullcoverage.. iam thinkn about just going to pay the dedcutable and get a new alarm and ignition switch i guess..
yeah this is a good point usually viper alarms have starter kill. so they would disconect the ground on the starter and run it direct to the battery to start it...try push starting it
Dude alot of higher end alarms when they are installed have the ecu run through them so that if the alarm loses power then the car won't start... It's a nifty lil safety precausion. It's a possability that your's is one of those alarms.
IS the ignition switch harness where it should be? It's possible they unscrewed it to try and start it.
Should be 2 little gold screws holding it in, if it's not in the proper position, the car won't start.
If you need a new Ignition switch harness, I've got an OEM Honda one I'll ship to you for $40.It's brand new and cheaper than Autozone, Advance,eBay etc...and it's OEM.

I'd take a week off work and stake out my car, ha ha, wait until they come back and show them how soft your tire iron is. Anyway, it seems that what I was going to say was said about the ignition but its cool you have you car.
