I'm looking for pictures of RSX rear seats in an "EK" (96-00) civic HATCH, must be a hatch.

I've searched, there are a ton of threads asking this question and in each case someone links them to a coupe with RSX rear seats and thats just useless.

Please anyone with pics we'd love to see them.
Anyone who has RSX rear seats in a HATCH I've heard no modification is needed, is this true?

well bingo bango, some more internet searching and...

here are RSX seats in an EK hatch, bolt in, shows the gaps nicely too

 

those are the jdm rear seats ....... wonder if the usdm ones fit as those do ????????

 

RSX seats are not bolt in period... If you have seen them in a civic it is because of custom fabrication...

 

a friend has them in leather. IMO, they look like **** back there; to many gaps...

 

So anybody got pics of usdm rsx rears in ek hatch?

I just boght some 04 leathers i just need to know what fabs if any i will have to do. I have a few days before they arrive

 

way to many gaps.. looks like ****, i wouldnt reccomend it

 

What are you guys talking about?
After further research i found out rsx into ek "hatches" is 99% bolt in.
USDM rsx rears will not have any gaps. You just have to bend the metal tab at the rear of the bench to make it sit further back and fill in the gap.

I just bougt some 04 rsx black leathers and will be doing an install thread as soon as i receive them.

Do any of you have rsx rears into an ek hatch?

What front and rear seats fit nicely with little or no modification in a 96-00 Civic Hatchback.

 

curious also. all i've heard is fronts with mods, rears are a no go.

 

jus tried this and bottom part of the seat show same gap as picture above, top part of the seats dont even come close.
there is a curve at the bottom that dosen"t look right and are jus to big for ek"s

 

curious also. have rear uppers in and they bolt right in but bottoms are not even close

I have rsx seats on my 94 hatch. The back you gonna have a gap on bothsides, it don't look too bad. Underneath the rsx seats there's 2 clips, cut them off with a grinder. The one on the back bend it until the seat sits tight on the back then drill new hole with size 10 bolt. The top, the passenger side fit on the clip on the window side on the middle, the bottom nothing will hold it. You can put the clip on the middle right hand side. But the left cut that little tube out and drill it alittle bit bigger. And it will fit perfect. Same problem on the window side bottom hole. The front bend with force the two clips facing window. On right hand clip the front grind that weld and twist it the other way put bolt. Same to otherside.

I have them in mine and they arent even bolted really, they just fit back there but no one ever uses them and I take them out when I track anyways.
