SO MY FRIEND HAS A 90 DA AND HAS A SWAPPED B18B1 FROM THE NEWER INTEGRA...AND WHEN HE GOES TO TURN IT ON IS SQEAKS LIKE A MOTHER-F... AND HE REVS IT AND IT GOES AWAY...THEN WE ARE GOING AND WHEN HE GOES TO SLOW DOWN IT SHUTS OFF AND TURNS ON AGAIN...BUT ONLY WHEN ITS COLD...HOW CAN HE FIX THIS PROB?

 

the squeak is from a loose drive belt.
check your timing and adjust your idle.

The car shutting off could be the iacv. The sqeaking is a drive belt like Ruben said. Tighten it.

 

Clean the iacv with brake cleaner n make
Sure there's nothing on the metal screen
