The wiring to the sensor seems great looks brand new! As far as doing it all the time i have only had the car a little over a week so im not sure
I throw a o2 code when I got my megan header after letting the engine warm up and if I let off the gas for more than 10 seconds without downshifting I would get a code. It stopped after I moved my o2 sensor to my downpipe next to my cat
My 91 hatch does the same thing once in a blue moon when I'm on the interstate. Once I reset the code by pulling the hazard fuse, it usually doesn't come back again for a long time.

Mine threw an O2 code when my timing was off. Check your cam timing, then set your ignition timing. The O2 sensor is reading that the emissions are off.
You could also wire in a 4-wire O2 sensor. One-wire O2s are utter crap.
If it's one of the cheap knockoff replacement O2s you may have simply gotten a lower-quality version. I've definitely heard of "new" O2s throwing O2 codes for being lazy.
As stated, it's not a code because the O2's bad, it's a code because something else in the tune is off - it's running rich for some reason.
