I have a 95 hatch, with a power door conversion for a 93 EX, my driver side window won't roll up all the way, it goes down fine, and up most of the way, until its about an inch from closing completely, then it won't roll up anymore, and the window shakes and clicks. Normally this sounds like a regulator problem, but wasn't sure if there was anyway I could test the motor as well.

 

Try spraying some silicone lubricant into the rubber side channels where the edges of the window glass slide.

 

I ended up pulling the regulator, and it turns out some teeth were ground down which surprised me since its metal, anyone know what might have cause this?

 

Ok I replaced the regulator, but can't seem to get the adjustment right, according to the FSM its only two bolts to adjust it, but I have the window bolted into the regulator, and in both glass channels but it still seems like its getting hung up on something, any ideas?
