um no, camber would not cause the tires to wobble.
check the tourqe, it lugs could be loose, cause the wheel to wobble.
or you need a new wheel bearing.

ALL 94-01 integra suspension is compatable with 92-95 civics. maybe u need tires balanced?

have you even looked under the car?
is the rotor messed up? bend lca? wheel bent?
theres alot of things that can cause that,

look under the car and tell us what you see, wiggle the wheel back and forth

Might have bent the lca.
Put it on stands and turn the car on and just let go off the brakes and inspect under.

the whole hub might be bent also from all the weight falling on it.

so i figured out why it was wobbling. now the part when i jack up my car, i can wiggle the wheel left to right. is it suppose to be like this? i thought it was suppose to be stiff?

left to right is tie rods or wheel bearing. up and down is ball joints make sure you didnt bend anything. Take some measurements from different places on the other side and make sure they are the same
