Default wheel centric hub/spacers? what are they?

hey, so I went to this tireshop and they were telling me my tires are bad now cuz i have negative camber... since Accords don't have adjustable rear camber, the guy was telling me to get wheel centric hubs? I never heard of them, anyone have any idea how they look and how they work? Thanks.

hub centric rings help keep the wheel centered on the hub, removing some stress from the lugnuts and lug studs as well.
wheel spacers move the wheel away from the car whatever thickness they are, and can be used for a wide stance or to accomodate a wider wheel/tire combo.

neither of the above seem to be useful for your application/problem as neither effects camber or suspension geometry (as a fix-it solution that is).

On my integra you can slip washers between the upper rear control arm and the chassis to move the top of the wheel out a bit, which directly controls camber. On your accord, this may or may not be possible, I am not sure. If you do run low profile tires, you need a proper alignment close to oem specs to avoid ruining your tires from bad camber/toe/etc. Tirerack has a lot of camber kits for a lot of different cars, and they know their ****, so give them an email and see whats up.
