having a hard time controling injectors s300
i have percision 1000cc in my boosted stock gsr. the car idles and drives great. but at idle it smokes black and under full boost it smokes. now my s300 and plx wideband read 11.1-11.5 under boost which is ideal but at idle i have it leaned way out and though it idles great it still smokes.
i can post a sceen shot if needed. i just dont know how to do it.
is there anything i can do or is it something i gotta live with?

no its definatly not a mechanical issue. compression test is dead even 215 accross the board and leakdown showed 2% leakage.
i know that its tuned on the rich side only way to show it is to post a screenshot which i dont know how. can anybody show me?
and its black smoke not blue. the turbo line is at an exact 45 degree angle. no oil in pipes/intercooler or throttle body. spark plugs are dry but have black soot on them.

i have a plx r300. i set it up exactly as in this write up.

my voltage lambada table is the exact same. i used the same ground as the ecu. if the write up is correct then yes my wideban is reading properly.
yes they are all about the same. each plug is simular to the next. dry carbon

You are claiming the s300 system is your problem. The s300 system can control the injectors without a problem....
If your vehicle is smoking with proper a/f ratios & all plugs burning the same etc... there is a mechanical issue. Valve stem seals, turbo seals etc...

Exactly. Hence why I stopped posting in this thread. There is no way if all the plugs are similar and aren't black that the injectors or the S300 is your problem.
If all of the plugs are black then the car is running rich in general.
Have you tried changing them out to a new set? What exactly is your idle and crusing a/f ratio? Do you have any datalogs with a/f with them so we can see what you are working with?
If you are thinking it might be 1 injector that is the problem I would swap in a new set of plugs and let it run for a min or so and then pull them out and check them. Make sure they are all similar.

here is the whole situation. on the dyno i had a boost creep situation where it would creep from 14psi to 16psi near redline. so the whole map was tuned rich until it was resolved. now it is resolved and i want to lean it out and im stuck.
at idle it reads 19.30 a/f. part throttle 12.5 boost 11.1-11.5
now in s300 current injector reads 750cc when im running 1000cc.
when corrected it hesistates.
again the car runs like a top. cruising/idling/boosting. it just smokes lightly. this is what i want to correct.
ill post the tune file and datalogs if needed, just dont know how to.

plain and simply
what is your fuel pressure set at (actual psi and Hondata setting)? What FPR are you using? Maybe try another FPR? I'd say for a stock gsr running 14psi, 1000cc injectors are a bit overboard, but that's besides the point.
your stock fpr diaphram is probably failing. What is the fuel pressure set at in Hondata?
With those injectors, a larger fuel setup would be optimal. Stock fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel feed line, rail, fpr, return line?
I agree with everyone else in here that it's not the EMS.

walbo 255hp,russel inline filter, russel feed line, GE rail, stock fpr and return.
