Greetings, I have a Del Sol with a D16 that has 337,000 + miles. It still runs but poorly. I really love my car and would like to keep driving it for another
337,000 miles. I know nothing about Honda engine rebuilding and need some
advise and info on how to do it and how to get 200hp normally aspirated if at all possible. I don't care to race around, I just want my Sol to be better than stock and still remain reliable. Thank you

Your D is gonna need alot of work to reach 200 hp all motor. If your stuck on 200 hp, id suggest a B series swap.
If you just want it to run like it did when it was new, have it completely rebuilt with new rings, bearings, gaskets, everything.
A little headwork and some bolt ons would add some pep to it also...
Good luck and congrats on reaching 337K miles!

Spend some time looking in the All Motor Dyno thread that is stickied at the top of this forum. That will give you an idea of what it takes to make 200whp. And if you dont see any NA D's making 200.. well then, theres probably a reason for it.

For the novice builder/swapper/enthusiast, a stock swap is the way to go.
