Del Sol: All motor or FI?

Del Sol: All motor or FI?
I'm debating if I should throw a nice, beefy motor in my Si Del Sol. Stock, the motor is the D16Z6, which isn't bad, but I need a bigger kick. Disregarding price, which is the best bet, throw a B-series (or anything decent) or keep the low-mileage (just broke 100K) motor and bolt-on a nice turbo.
Always appreciated, Jim

personally id go for b swap cuz u wont get oo much more from a swap on stock internals and valvetrain and all that. u would be faster than a stock swap but theres so much more available for b series

i would go with something bigger than the d16z6 if you want turbo. d16z6 can't hold to much hp without building out the bottom. the b series can hold alot more power.

Well, highway battles, the turbo would ofcourse kick, but my main competitor is gonna be a GSX and a GSR. Having said that, all motor sounds like a plan, but rumor around my city: if you've got a turbo, highway battles are always a win.
Hey, and thanks for the replies.

Yeah it's expensive, but doing both is always gonna be more cash. The LS sounds like a plan. Doing both, I just can't do right now, so I'm trying to think of a decent motor/turbo that would work. Something to hang with a GSX! And that's a toughy, would all motor (probabily B-series) hang with those monster 2.0Ts

D16z6 turbo is nothing to scoff at, but this is a classic FI'd d-series vs. b-series battle. You would demolish a GSR with a D16 turbo, with a good size turbo there are guys making a good 250whp at relatively low boost. Despite what others say, D16's can handle LOTS of boost(stock sleeves can handle 18psi I believe) and if you need to upgrade rods to handle that kind of power, so what? Beats dropping 3k on a B series that will net you 124 whp(if you get an LS that is) Dont get me wrong, I got an LS in my car, but I paid $800 for the complete car that it was in, so I can rag on people that drop that much money to get that kinda power. Just stick with turboing the D16, any money you would have spent on a B can go towards engine management or turbo upgrades, and it will put a big fat smile on your face, as its getting sucked back into your seat.
