Anyone know how similar the H22/H23VTEC heads are?

Anyone know how similar the H22/H23VTEC heads are?
I have an 94 JDM H22A head sitting around and I just bought a JDM H23A vtec motor. Just wondering if there is any info as to the head diffs if any at all? You know, cause if the H22 has better flow or cams I'll use it/them.
