Default 95B18BTurbo's Integra progression

Well, my Integra has come a long way since I originally purchased unrunning from my friend. I figured I'd finally share it with everyone on here since it's been quite some time now. There will be some changes to the setup when I return from my deployment and final tuning will commence, but this is pretty much the way she will stay as I am content with it. Currently sitting at 234whp/210wtrq @ 11-12psi with an EVO III16g turbo atop of a stock sleeved 8.6:1 compression built B18B bottom end. Comments welcome.

Here she is freshly recovered from her grave to my garage for resurrection.

Here she is up and boosted a week later.

A few months later the tired motor that came with the car blew, so out she came.

In with the new motor only a few days later with some changes. Viper emblem was a joke and taken won in a race against an SRT-4.

Buddy got some slicks and took the car to the track while on my last deployment. Engine blew since he pushed the car too hard on the AFC hack for tuning, but ran a 8.0 @ 86mph in the 1/8th on the last pass with only three cylinders at 14psi.

Since my buddy also had an incident with a deer on his way to work with the car one morning, I installed the new JDM front end on the car.

The new motor to replace the blown one. At this point my buddy is no longer allowed to touch any of my cars needless to say!

The new built motor installed and new turbo setup all fabbed up.

Who says you can't polish a turd with some new tires/wheels, springs, and some rain?

And finally I was tired of multicolor paint, primer, and fading so I decided to do something about it. Krylon Flat OD Green during my drunking fun to the rescue! Since this will never be a show car and is essentially a daily driver/track car, this is where the car will stop as far as the looks department. The yellow Japanese plate is a joke if you look into the meaning of the color.

I don't really like it either, but it was free and better looking than the bumper without one. My ITR front didn't come with the OEM lip, so I'll pick up one eventually.

Flat Olive Drab Green is what color I painted it, and that is the way it'll stay. I'm an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Tech (Bomb Squad in the civilian world) so the military theme works for me. It was cheap and effective which is what the whole principal of the car is.

As for the lip, I will get a real ITR lip when I return from this deploymnet. I know the current one is hideous and actually causes the car to appear higher than it actually is. I would lower it some more, but I am already tucking tire in the front at with the 215/45/16's and scrubbing the wheel well stitch weld under harsh bumps. Also, traction is more important than being slammed to me which would require a less wide tire, so the Neuspeed race springs and 215's are there to stay.

It was hidden the small paragraph up top, but she laid down 234whp and 210wtrq on a Mustang dyno at 11-12psi from and EVO III 16g. The run was cut short by my Hondata S300 settings due to a boost spike at 6000rpms. I'm estimating it would have made around 245ish whp at 7000rpms. Once the I have the boost creep issue fixed, I should be good to crank it up to around 22-24psi. Looking for around 350-400whp when all is said and done which should make the car plenty fast enough.

Looks sick and funtional. Love the color. I would suggest you wet sand and buff your headlights and, paint the lip.

Thanks, and thank you for the suggestions. There was some condensation in the headlights with those pics, but I have since dried them out and sealed them up. They were actually wet sanded and buffed in those pics, just dewey on the inside! The new lip will be painted to match as well.

Should I get the Seibon SP style lip or the OEM Type-R lip to replace the hated one? Opinions, thoughts, or suggestions? Thanks.

Yes, my exhaust is straight 3" pipe with a Dynomax race muffler all fabbed up by myself. It sounds pretty good, but still a tad bit loud for me so I am going to put another DynoMax race muffler where the resonator would go when I get back from my deployment.

Here is a couple slips during some tuning pulls if you want to hear it:

Clean car. I personally like the satin painted cars myself. Sounds awesome too. Great build.
