Default d16y8block+zc internals=help

ok, i have a d16y8 and i spun a rod bearing, im going to rebuild it, i found rods,pistons, and a crank from a zc, will that work?

pistons yes, not so sure about the crank and all... I'm pretty sure you can though.. Someone who definately knows give an answer... i'm thinking yes though..

yes!!! it will all work fine! all D series are compadable with any other D series. D to D and B to B!.

don't forget to pick you're bottle of V Tec Oil up so we don't have you coming back with the internals laying in the road and rods threw the block cause of a miss shift and reved to 12 grand Rpm!. lol

0 && OP. you might be better of getting another motor. get a JDM D15B their fast and the best single cam v tecs out! 750 bux shipped is good! Or Just put the ZC pistons in the y8 block and keep the y8 rods and get you're crankshaft grounded and smoothed!

or to save time i guess yea you can just take the complete assembly apart and replace it all with ZC internals which will add compression.

travis, see the problem is i dont have much money and i would love to buy the d15b, but i cant, i just need something so that way i can go to IA this year, i found the zc internals for next to free, and just needed to know if i can just throw all of that in the y8 block, thanks
