I have someone selling me some D16Y8 Pistons and Rods connected and he recommened getting the crank since they are fitted for those rods???
also do you think D16Y8, Crank with New thrust Washers with Matched OEM Bearings and thrust washers with Pistons and rods Pressed for $200 shipped a good deal?

sure, why not.
I had a D16A6 crank in my D16Z6 for awhile. All D16 cranks are the same, along with rods. Pistons on the other hand, will very compression.
200 isn't a bad deal tho, if it's something that needs to be done

the only thing you have to watch for on D16 cranks, Early 88 D16A6 and ZC cranks had a differnt snout size for the pulley.

The A6 has better oiling holes on the crank. I'm starting to wish I would have used one of those instead of the Y8. Not a biggie though.
