ACC and Run work...but not start.

starter is fine.
the solenoid turns into START just fine...it just doesn't kick over my starter.

More than likely there is a short under the dash from the black with yellow wire that goes into the ignition switch. I had to cut my black/yel wire and run a wire out to my starter because my starter wouldnt kick over due to the fact of the melted wire.

Yeah.

I can bypass it and it works just fine.

I have replaced or repaired several ignition switches in the EF and DA teg that have gone bad.. it seems whoever soldered the main relays also soldered the ignition switches. here is a reference to test it to determine if it is bad before you buy one..

So get this, I just fixed this. And the outcome was totally weird.

I could start my car without depressing the clutch, so I figured either my clutch safety switch was bypassed or removed...or something.

Well it turns out the clutch depression switch went bad regardless of not being used, and caused my ignition switch to not get the relay...

My depression switch wasn't bypassed, it was just defective out of the box...
