Itr question. help plz

Well a friend of mine is swapping out his ITR. He's taking the ITR swap out and putting into his ek hatch. just wanted to point that out cuz what he wants to do is pretty much ruining the ITR lol. He wants to run the itr as a daily with a obd1 LS. will we need to buy a obd2 non vtec engine harness and just not use the plugs that wire vtec? Or are we gonna need to buy the whole obd2 non vtec harness and swap out the whole harness on the itr. any help would be appreciated thank u
tell your friend he's a ****ing moron. there are so many better things he could do to make his civic faster (which it really won't be that much faster than the R in a straight line, and won't hold a candle to it when it comes to real racing)
here's a theory, sell the R to someone with half a brain, then he can buy a low mileage ITR swap from hmotors and put it in his hatch and have money left over to just buy an LS integra as a DD.

Thieves will still go after the R, especially if you're daily driving it. The only difference will be when they pop the hood and see an LS engine they'll probably just torch the car out of anger, and insurance will be like "wtf, thats not a C5, heres $4500 for your POS LS Integra".
But yeah go ahead and remove the original engine from the ITR, totally trash the value (and basically make it a Fing POS) just so your crappy civic can run a 14.5 in the 1/4-mile.

lol, ok fine take the b18c5 but put back at lease a k-series please or even better sell your R to someone who will appreciate the car...and go nuts on your built , my 2c
