The cheapest route would be to go with 450cc injectors out of an eclipse $40-$100 for a set and they will be able to support a little over 300hp to the wheels.

You gotta figure you can even it out with fuel pressure. Bigger injectors demand less fuel pressure to pass the same fuel that smaller injectors would. As long as your Fuel pump and fuel lines can take it,with tuning, you can run a range of injectors.

are you going to run a walbro or anything? doesn't hurt, and will give you peace of mind about leaning out (and grenading) your engine. I use RC 550's on my vitara build, and would recommend you doing the same. might as well spend a few extra bucks and have it able to handle more power someday. (cause we both know you'll want more power, we all do eventually lol)

Run the 550's. It is always a good idea to go a bit big so that you can go more boost in the future when you get tired of what you have then. And it "will" happen. Trust me, I think I can speak for many here. You always want more.

Yea I'm runnin 450's from an eclipse with the resistors and running 18psi of pressure through an adjustable regulator, my suggestion is unless you got the equipment to flash the ecu or a piggyback to tune it after the fact you got the turbo on it...don't bother...runs just as rich with the stock injectors when you floor it in VTEC...

yea..just get a regulator and bump up the pressure...with the saturated injectors it might surge after pushing it hard...than add the injectors and tuning when you want to boost up...all motor you are good to go...just save yourself the hassle of adjusting it all when your going to have to do it all over again...PEACE
