Default d15z6 mini me burning oil, new rings and rod bearings.

after a small rebuild on my mini me its burning about a quart every 100 miles also the oil looks black. the plugs almost look fuel fouled but i am assuming its oil and they are new plugs. compression test was good and i visually inspected my valve seals. i was told to doubble check my clearances and my oil pressure because the black oil sounded like a clearance issue. my rocker arm assembly was a bit tight so i torqued it back to spec. oil pressure is now 60 at 3000 its sopposed to be 50 but i am using a slightly thicker oil. going to check the pcv valve but the fact that only cylinders 432 are burning oil i think thats not it. im pretty stumped and am just looking for some help i dont want to junk the motor. thanks for the help in advance guys

also it smokes based on how much load the engine is under. i can hold it at 4k and it wont smoke much but its way to 4k it smokes. also if i open my oil fill cap i can hear burbling and some pressure in there... bad rings? but then why such a perfect compression test.

It's the valve seals, a $20 fix using OEM parts if you have access to an air compressor, or I've heard of people sticking rope in their cylinder and carefully turning the engine so it holds the valves up. If you want to do it with an air compressor and need the adapter, it can be made by welding an air fitting to a pipe to a spark plug. PM if that made no sense or I don't know.

what i dont understand is why the seal would go on 3 cylinders out of no where. and if it was the seals wouldnt it smoke more when the rpms were higher?
