Default power window problem.......PLEASE Look!

I have a 2000 CR-V SE and for awhile now the driver's side front window has been slow to roll up. Well, it finally came to the point that it won't go all the way up..........correction, i can get it to go all the way up if i pull on it and rev the engine at a higher rpm. it goes down no problem, though. I took the door panel off and sprayed silicone spray in all the moving parts (including the rubber side pieces). it didn't really help. What do you guys suggest?

by the way, i know i am posted in the integra forum, but i just want to give others the chance to see my problem........

The motor could have a short in it which would require more power to roll it up. Thats why you have to rev it up.
