lowering my 88 crx hf
i am lowering my car it has stock struts and im using adjustable coilovers,
my car has this rubber bumper thing on the strut and a washerstopper, it seems that no matter how low i put my adjustable springs at the car is always at stock height, is it safe to remove this rubber piece so i can actually slam it?

No it suppose to be on there.
What kind of coilovers is it?
And using stock struts with coilovers will blow your struts sooner or later because stock struts can't handle lowered springs/coilovers.
I suggest you get aftermarket struts.

Please for the love of god get some good struts. You can get tokico blue lables on ebay for like $200ish shipped to you. Don't cheap out on your suspension. And you will blow your stock struts on "ebay" adjustible springs in a matter of 2-4 months daily driving. just save up. You can get a whole skunk2 set up springs and struts for under $500 if you look hard enough.
well im kinda boned right now lol, i cant get my stock spring on, ima put these springs on and adjust them to stock height until i get some good struts then, thank you alll
