I would buy online (have, plenty of times), but I always use an escrow service. If the seller won't, then **** them, they probably stole the ****, or are trying to rip you off.
I know, it happened to me.

i allmost got scammed online, because the guy was closing his doors and he was selling the rims cheap. so i used my credit card to buy them (safest way to do it) i ordered them on like june 29th....they didnt ship untill july 12th!!!!! and i had no way of contactacting the guy untill he replied to an HT IM, a week and a half after i ordered them.
