Start at zero, zero and see what your car likes. Theories abound on which to adjust first and how much to jump each time. Take it slow.
Start at 0-0
Begin by retarding the exhaust cam 2 degrees at a time then come back when you start losing power.
After advance the intake cam in the same matter. Don't forget to readjust the ignition timing via the distributor and a timing light after each iteration on the intake camgear.

Curious Steve(Sgt) if you read this how do you reccomend to start when doing the gears. Exhaust or intake first and what increments do you use cam degrees 1or 2 at a time. Only curious as to which seems to be a better one to start with to save a little time on the dyno.
