Default Cam Seal Leaking..WHY????

Hello. Need some answers if you have them.....I have a 1996 Accord EX, 2.2 VTEC with automatic. I had my timing belt serviced at the dealer at 127k miles. I had all the seals replaced and the timing belt replaced as preventative maintenance about two months ago. I noticed a small oil leak under my car a few weeks after the service and found it coming from the timing belt cover area. I called the dealer to have them look at it again. They put another cam seal in place and said it was leaking. This time no charge since I have 12 months on parts and labor from the first time.
A month after this, I noticed a small leak again in the same area of the timing belt cover. Took it back in. This time they wanted to replace the cam shaft saying something about it might have a grove in it or something like that and causing the leak. The new cam would cost $800 + dollars. I did some searching and found a cam seal repair sleeve that should do the same thing the new cam would do in case there was a small grove in the end of the cam by the seal causing the leak. I told them about it and it was made by National Seal for those reasons. Cost $30 bucks at local parts store. They told me to buy it and drop it off and they would put it on. I did and they put on another new cam seal. Now it was fine for three weeks but I noticed another small oil leak in my garage. Sure enough another leak in the same area of the timing belt cover, as before. Does anyone know what I should do next????????? I am going to call the dealer again but I am thinking they are going to want to say replace the cam this time but at $800 I don't know about that. I called a few local parts stores but so far in there computer they are not able to get a aftermarket cam shaft. Any help please......
Thank you,
Anthony
