Recommand me some tires
so i got a flat today, since my wires are farily worn there is no point in paying to patch it, sooo, i need new tires.
I currently have BFGoodridge something 400 AA A, even though they are M+S rated I skid around too much in snow.
what are good tires that are AA A and are decent in snow too, but not necessary, dont wanna pay more than $80 a tire from TireRack
Also, stock rims, I got 185. My dad has the same car and has the same rims and his tires are 195. What size can I fit?

Winter tires will give you better traction on snow and in frigid cold than all-season tires. To avoid having to mount and balance your tires twice a year, you can pick up a set of used wheels or a set of steelies. That will also enable you to use summer tires the other nine months of the year, and in those moderate to warm temperatures, that will give you better grip than all-seasons too. Just a suggestion to consider.

2001 Civic EX, coupe. stock rims, 7 spoke type. 185/65/15
I do not want seperate snow tires, just good all season tires with good traction that just maybe a bit better than what I have for snow

Regarding what size you can use, the outer diameter of 195/60-15 and 205/60-15 are both about 1 percent off from that of your stock size (smaller and larger, respectively), and either of those sizes could also be mounted on your stock 15x6 wheels. However, since snow/winter performance is a consideration, you're better off with the stock size, since narrower is better in snow. But if you want to go with 195/60-15, good all-season tires include the RE960AS PP ($75/tire), and a couple of less expensive choices that are almost as good as the RE960AS PP - the Goodyear Eagle GT ($59/tire after rebate) and the Kumho Ecsta ASX ($49/tire). I usually recommend the ASX for all-season use, since the price is so low and it's one of the best all-seasons around, but bottom line, any of these three is worth considering.

Get the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position, $74/tire in 185/65-15 at the Tire Rack. It's one of the very best all-seasons.

Snow tires are all about driving confidence when the conditions are the worst. If you feel confident on all-season tires driving on the Ike with 1/2" of snow, then you don't need snows. For everyone else, I think it's a good idea to have snow tires during the Chicago winters.

Once you do decide to get new tires, I really think you're going to be better off using winter tires during the winter rather than all-season tires, since you're not happy with the winter performance now, with one of the very best all-seasons around. (OTOH the poor winter performance of your RE960AS may be partly due to their worn tread; they will grip better in winter with more tread depth.) I live in Chicago too, and I've been switching between summer tires and winter tires for many years. I realize it requires a bit more up-front investment, because you'll need to buy eight tires instead of four, as well as the extra wheels - not all right away, but within the next six months or so - but once you've done that, it's done. And your summer tires will last longer because you won't be putting miles on them during the winter, and your winter tires will last many years because you'll only be using them 3-4 months a year.
I usually swap tires in early December and early March, but I have a garage and jack for my cars and tires, so if the weather changes I can always swap back and forth any time I want; if I didn't have that ability, I might leave the winter tires on for an extra couple of weeks at either end.
To give you an idea of prices, the Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60 is one of the very best winter tires and costs $77/tire in 185/65-15. For your warm-weather tires, the only good summer tire in either of those sizes is the Yokohama ES100, $89/tire in 195/60-15. However, if you're looking for value and you don't care about the better warm-weather performance of summer tires, consider those Kumho ASX for $49/tire in 195/60-15.
Since you're pressed for money, here's what I recommend. (1) RIGHT NOW, get the flat fixed, for $5-15. (2) SOON, when your current tires need replacing, get a set of new all-seasons, maybe the Kumho ASX with the bargain price. Those will be fine through summer and fall. (3) IN THE WINTER, if you find that you need more grip than the Kumho ASX provide, at that time you may want to consider picking up a set of winter tires and an extra set of wheels. This will keep your immediate expenditures low, while giving you the options to step up your winter performance if you find that it's necessary.
the tire that is flat is bold. no one will fix it, I was hoping to leave em on for another month, but I need a set of tires now. I have no room to store extra tires or replace them myself.

Remember, the Tire Rack ships quickly. Whenever I've ordered in-stock tires in the morning with ground shipping, I've received them the next day. So that deal from the tire dealer in Schaumburg better be at least as good as Tire Rack prices (after taking into account the shipping you'll pay with Tire Rack and the sales tax you'll pay with the local dealer).

Meh, I'm sticking with Tire Rack, personally. I decided to try another distributor, and after ordering my tires... they shipped me the wrong size entirely. Upon returning the tires, they said it would be a case of either I pay for a re-stocking fee... or they replace the tires with what I was ordering. Upon going with the replacement tires idea, they never called me back to notify me that the manufacturer even had those tires in production. It took 4 phone calls totaling over 4 hours of conversation, just to get them to ship me replacements... that still aren't here. Never have I had such a sour business deal, when dealing with my car. I will probably never stray from Tire Rack in the future, even though they go bonkers whenever I try to tell them what size tire I use on my car.
I have no personal financial interest in the Tire Rack, or any other tire dealer, online or otherwise. They're the first place I look up prices, because the website is well organized and includes most brands and models of tires. I also like the fact that Tire Rack shows the stock status of a given size of tire in their inventory. I have found that their prices are usually as good as, or better than, most other sites selling tires, with the exception of Discount Tire Direct, who usually beats them when you compare prices including shipping charges (which are free at DTD). It was not always this way with DTD; for a long time the Tire Rack was usually beating DTD, too. So prices can fluctuate, and it's easy enough to check around at multiple places. And when comparing prices between sites and local dealers, remember to include all costs that might be charged, including shipping, sales tax, and mounting/balancing.

So is there anything else out there aside from RE960AS cause thats what I got now. That the best all season without going to summer tires?

You're finding out why all-season tires are usually a compromise - not as good as winter tires in winter conditions, not as good as summer tires in moderate to warm temperatures. The alternative is to get more than one set of tire, so each kind is designed for the specific temperatures in which it will be used.
Remember, wider tires are going to be worse in winter conditions...
I know the compromise with all seasons, I cant afford an awesome pair of summer tires and a whole nother set of winter tires. damn chicago

or I can throw on my old crappy 600 A B tires for now..... but a few places I called wont mount "used" tires and I really dont wanna ride on those POS....

It's not worth mounting/balancing (for $40-80) a crappy set of tires just to avoid buying new ones in a few days. So either way, I would order the new tires, instead of mounting/balancing the old crappy set.
