its a d16y7 the car is boggin out when i step on the gas it just boggs out my speedometer is sayin i am at like 100mph when i hit the gas pedal also i lost the little washer that is inside the fuel filter not the 2 big washers the little baby one umm when i take the header off it runs nice and healthy i juswt dont have any more ideas can anyone help

what do you mean when you take the header off? like you are running with no exhaust manifold or header at all. Just head to the atmosphere?
