Default CEL help

My car is parked and Im not driving it untill next summer, I noticed the oil is low because I've havent drove it in a long time. I went to start it up yesterday and the CEL is on. Is it possible that light will come on if your oil is low?...or would the oil light come on if your oil is low?

I just jumped the wire and I got the CEL going on with same duration and pause. and it just kept repeating it self and went on forever, is this how its done? sorry this is my first time. If im correct it should be #1 which is the 02 sensor. It's sitting at 112 km so I guess its time to change it...btw the abs light also was on when it was jumped but when i start the car normally just the CEL is on.

If you can't determine whether the flashes are short or long, or if there are pauses between the flashes, then I can't really help you.

There's no sense in buying a code reader when a parts store will scan it for free.

I don't live in US, here in Canada we don't have autozone so they charge to check engine codes...anyways I got the codes, I believe its CEL code 10
and the ABS codes are 16 and 81, correct me if I'm wrong. I posted a youtube link so that you guys can confirm it.

Also BTW when I rev the car at high rpm theres a little bit of white smoke coming from the exhaust not at idle though. Do you think I need a tune up since it's been sitting for almost a year, bringing it out next summer. Also there was a alot of fluid coming from the exhaust. And my friend who was in the car reving it said there was a faint smell of some sort, and she reved it too about 6K, hit vtec (A/C was on btw). Starting to get worried if it's head gasket. Although the oil is fine and it's in the usual color however it's kind of low and everything in the engine bay shows no sign of leaks. Further to that the car feels and drives great and pulls hard. VTEC is good as well. It's been raining all past week you guys think its just condensed water or anything?...just a thought? This all happened during a hot sunny day btw.

The video is too choppy to determine duration. At least it was on this computer, but your CEL looks like #1 instead of #10. That would be primary O2 sensor.

Fluid from exhaust will just be condensation, get the car up to operating temp and take it for a good long drive (after refilling the oil to the correct level!!) and it should stop the water vapours coming out the exhaust.
