'95 engine swap ( stock/upgrade)
hi im new to this, just bought a '95 civic coupe with D15B7 350k km on engine already so i want to replace it with either another stock or b series BUT before i do that just want to ask if its easy/ier to buy the engine and do it yourself or get a shop to do it-which charges me at $1000+ labour/parts+engine($900)...yeah i bought the car for 2grand CAD and everything else is literally looks like its only been used for a year or two.

You can rent a picker. Or just go to Harbor Freight, and get a little wench. Mount that really sturdy like up in the rafters, and tada!. If you do it right you can use that as a easy jack as well.
I agree with everyone else, engine swaps are really easy to do.. if you have the basic tools, then just borrow a cherry picker and have a friend help..
