Default please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a 94 civic ex 1.6 vetec and trying to change the timing belt got everything off but cant get the crankshaft bolt out can anybody help?

That's the first thing your suppose to break loose. It has the most torque on it.

Most of us use impact guns. I also have a tool that I got off amazon.com that fit's into the crank pulley and then you put the 19mm socket through the hole in this tool that hold the crank from turning.

Call the auto parts store they may let you rent one.

If you don't have a impact, take out the starter jam a flat head in there onto the flywheels teeth then have someone crank on the crank bolt with a big as$ bar.

D series god to the rescue! That tool works all the time, even better when you dont have an impact or compressor at your disposal.

put a ratchet on crank pulley .Make sure ratchet hits the floor in the off positon of course and crank the engine over .It will snap loose the 19 mm bolt.the top end wont move being that you already took the t. belt off. problem solved .
